		<description>It strikes me that everything is dependent on the new stadium going ahead.  I am confident that a franchise for 2009 is certain.  However, the crunch will come after that - the stadium will have to be in place physically, not just on paper, and we'll have to be exploiting the markets Richard refers to.  Otherwise, with Celtic, Toulouse, even Widnes, Leigh and Doncaster having had 3 more years of growth, we may be one cut away.</description>
